Aquarius?
Why? Why does the film have this subtitle?
This world is a comedy to those that think, a tragedy to those that feel.
Why it has Aquarius in the title is because the Director, Michele Soavi, wanted people to get this sort of "Fish in a fish tank" reference, since the movie is set during the rain in a theatre. The American DVD cover, shows the reference.
