Train dummies

I've read that the part where Anne, Morgan and Emmaline are eating on the train has nothing but dummies in the background instead of real people. However, if you look closely behind Morgan, you can see some of their heads swiveling.

Now, the man sitting behind Anne was still, so that may have been a dummy. I think the other background people were alive though.
