Great(Brilliant) Nonsense...(Spoilerish)

This is the type of stuff me and my friends used to try and film in our backyard when we were twelve. Good times.

Stuff I LOVE about Miami Connection:

The title is MIAMI Connection yet all the central action takes place in Orlando.

The old club house band gets' its' collective asses kicked by the club owner himself (re: The Guy Who FIRED Them), yet they have a major beef with Dragon Sound(Who, for the most part aren't even aware of any outside action). Later on when the old band assault's Dragon Sound on the streets, the 'Sonovabitch' finger point band leader talks about how he and his bandmates got their ass kicked, then he says "Remember dat?!" Despite the fact that Dragon Sound weren't even present at the time.

Just how important was Dragon Sound that a biker/ninja gang and a crappy bar band have to put their plans on hold just to concentrate on their demise?

Jim's father is the same age as Jim...just with badly dyed gray hair. He's also a completely different guy from his picture.

Y.K. Kim's accent. I never thought it possible for someone to mangle the English language worse than Jackie Chan and Popeye put together. "Yew do'nutt skarre me at orll. At orll! Goobye!"

Biker ninjas just are not a good combo. In the costume or out, they still demonstrate bad, and sloppy martial arts.


The soundtrack of the train yard battle scene is synth heaven!!

Only two guys of the five man band Dragon Sound are really any good in a brawl.

*beep* goes from being Jeff's best bud/drug running partner to suddenly Jeff's BROTHER after his death. If this is true, wouldn't he be Jane's brother too? And if THAT is true, how come *beep* always refers to Jane as "Your sister Jane" to Jeff as though there is no further relation?

When theres no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.
