RiffTrax Live Presents Miami Connection Crowd Reports

Please post how full was your theater, the Audience's reaction, the quality of the riffs, and what you thought of the movie itself.

Also, what was your favorite riff?

Well, I'd say it probably will be done when it's done,
but that's only an approximate guess.

Universal Citywalk theater in Orlando. Theater was about two thirds full. Lots of big laughs. The last big fight (before the duel) was full of great riffs. Probably my favorite Rifftrax so far. The movie was just baffling. But I'm glad someone dug it up.

Did they edit the movie for content?
In the Parents Guide it says women are topless.
I just saw a lot of women in bikinis on the beach.

The riffs were funny.

It wasn't as full as the 'big name' movies they do. I can't say I'm surprised as more casual fans want to have some passing familiarity with the film or actors in it, or in some cases, actually want to see the movie for the first time (my friend's kids wanted to see Godzilla because of that). Seasonal stuff is the exception since, hey, it's Christmas and Santa Clause Conquers the Martians sounds christmasy ^_^

Audiance was entertained all the way through.

It was probably one of the most steady stream of good riffs I've seen in a while, but nothing that made me laugh too loudly either. No dead spots, but nothing uproarous.

Movie was one of the most craptastic things I've seen in a while. When you realize Rollergator has more actual actors (one: Joe Estevez. He made a living at it) than this entire piece of tripe, you know it's a bad one.

Favorite riff wasn't so much a riff as Kim pronouncing Orphans 'or pans'.
