The biker bar scene
The whole movie is awesome but I especially loved the biker bar scene, you can tell all those guys didn't give a crap that they were filming a movie, some even looked downright pissed they were there.

One thing I've always wondered is what's the connection between the head ninja dude, Jeff's gang, and that group of bikers? Clearly none of those bikers are secretly ninjas. Most of those dudes were old as dirt, or looked that way because of Tiger Blood. None of Jeff's gang were riding, they all just showed up in a car at the last minute. Which was totally weird because it's a biker party... and then a red convertible Mercedes pulls up, and Jim Dangle hops out. Very surreal.
My favorite part of the biker bar scene is the head ninja on the ride there. He's got this cute little red and white scarf thing on and he's flipping his hair from side to side, leading the way for this group of crusty old hardcore bikers. Hilarious.
