Why exactly did they use a really bad stand in/double for Dudikoff, during the walking out of Wild Bill's office?

I can't seem to find any information on the matter.

I have always wondered that too. Why make it so obvious?

Possibly a re-shoot? It's a pretty glaring fault in the movie, I've searched the internet for an answer and I can't find anything on the issue.
