I so barely remember seeing this whenever it came out. But I remember at the end, or what seemed the end, there was more, namely Carrie Fisher in some sketch about a naive girl in tinseltown, or maybe new york. Is she--here is the juvenile part--topless at some point in this? I remember it this way, or I remember her wearing a bra. I remember being somewhat shocked, but maybe leia in a bra would shock me. I remember it being weird, as it is in no way commented upon.

She was at a party in New York and there were two topless women but as far as I remember she remained fully clothed.

Yeah, it was a spoof of old propaganda films. She was you're typical American woman until she went to a few parties. She caught a "social disease" and her sinful ways turns her husband blind.
The scene where Carrie is sitting on that old guy's lap is hilarious, though.
Anyway, to answer your question, it's Carrie Fisher in a bra, sure, but watch it because it's funny. Because if you watch it thinking it's going to be sexy, you'll probably be let down.
After all, nothing tops Leia's slave suit at Jabba's Palace.

The old guy is none other than famous tough guy character actor Mike Mazurki. Quite an interesting guy in real life as he was well read and quite intelligent, a stark contrast to the brutish lugs he played so well.
