Most of the skits in this film are pulled directly from SCTV, including Amazon Women on the Moon and The Son of the Invisible Man, only they aren't as funny as they were on SCTV.
The black guy without soul is about the only thing that made me laugh.

I'm a big SCTV fan but I don't think Amazon Women rips it off. Sure, SCTV parodied the same campy 50's flicks Amazon spoofs, but Amazon's parodies are much more explicit and tend to really poke fun at the technical difficulties of television, which SCTV (in all its strangeness) didn't really do all that much of, at least in their parodies of 50's sci-fi.
