what happened after Kay gets pregnant?

I just watched a few episodes of A Year in the Life and I fell in love with it, but the last episode I watched was the one that Kay gets pregnant and I want to know what happened after that.
I know the show was cancel but I am hoping that the "Kay gets pregnant" episode wasn't the last one. So if any of you have some info about it , please let me know.

Thanks;

Claudia

I think that Sam and Kay's pregnancy WAS on one of the last shows. David Oliver who played Kay's husband died just a couple of years after the series ended.

what? he died?
I can not believe that.

I donot really think they will put that series on DVD.

Sadly....he did indeed die, in 1992, I think it was. And it was AIDS. He was only 30 or so when it happened.

I absolutely loved this show, from start to finish. It should've had a much, much longer run.

After Kay got pregnant, she had to stop dancing on "Dance TV" (which wasn't as fun anymore after her best friend who also was on DTV married some comedian who worked for Weyland-Yutani and moved to Manhattan), and had to stop being a "free spirit".
Later, after her husband died (of an STD), she left her child with its grandparents (the rich dude who won the CMO and the lady he married, who played Dr Pulaski on TNG).
Kay then moved to Manhattan to write for a paper and became a "free spirit" once again, spending her leisure time hanging out with a bunch of chatty women (yakking about sex, apparently).

Hilarious!

That was written so well that I actually believed the 1st sentence! I've never seen this show, so I thought maybe it was linked to "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" in some way...
Duh! Hilarious! Love it!
I vaguely remember this show; which is why it caught my eye. (I was actually looking at Wendy Phillips resume from 'Big Love')
Thanks for the laugh! :)
