Remember when Jerry Lewis was on this show?

He was only on for a few episodes, but it was great. Jerry is a pretty good actor, when he accepts the right direction (usually not himself).

Yeah...he could be crazy as h**l on the Tonight Show when he guest hosted back in the sixties, but most of his movies were silly. VERY silly!! His one truly remarkable performance in one was as Buddy Love in "The Nutty Professor". He actually should have gotten an oscar nod for that, it was so good. After that role, Lewis made maybe two or three other movies and then almost disappeared completely from the spotlight.

"The King of Comedy" and "Wiseguy" were two of his few forays back into it.

I agree, many people don't realize what a good actor he is. He was wonderful in The King Of Comedy. I've heard rumors that he's very difficult to work with though.

I agree-whern he was on-I thought-there goes the series...and was surprised....maybe this will happen with Jessica SImpson-LOL LOL
