Question About An Episodes's Ending?

Now the scene I do remember is from the final scene of one of the
season 1 episodes. And what I remember is that Mel Proffit is
seated alone on a chair and he puts up his bare feet and says
"well the toes knows." Now this is all that I recall and I
cannot remember any other details about the episode and I have
not watched "Wiseguy" in so many years. It is not airing
currently on any cable channel nor do I own any of the dvds.
Can anybody please identify this episode's title and the
synopsis of the plot as well? Since Kevin Spacey appeared
in just seven episodes then I know this one would've been
from the first season.
