Could'nt they release it in the UK?

Or Australia maybe.I notice that it's mainly the US that has these music rights issues with older tv shows.21 jump st,Booker and the Greatest American hero for example.The US releases replaced the original music,in Jump streets case they even cut a few scenes,where as when released elsewhere the original music was intact.I'll take a region 2 release over no release.
