Some have said that in 2013 millcreek entertainment is going to release the dvds. No date as far as I know.
When the dungeons and dragons cartoon was first released in the usa, music scores were altered due to so called copyright. But when millcreek re released the series, the original music was left intact. Lets hope they can do it again.

I spoke to a representative from Mill Creek who said that have absolutely no plans to release this show on DVD.

If it were just a case of the music easily being replaced, Shout certainly would have done it. They even produced new features and interviews for it, so they had no reason to throw thousands of dollars away for no reason. The music simply could not be replaced because the separate audio tracks don't exist.
I know, how F_u_c_k_ing frustrating!!
