Astronaughts

When the age of magic started and all techknology failed to work plunging the planet into a dark age a question occured to me.Prysmos was a very advanced planet compared to Earth they clearly had space travel.So what about any astronaughts in space at the time.I know probably astronaughts in orbit of the planet died but what about those space ships outside the Prysmos solar system?Would any space ship returning home suffer the same fate and lose power?

So it's treason then!
