Unpopular Opinion: Wesley Crusher Is A Great Character

Wesley Crusher would have been the perfect character if he had been presented as a wet-around-the-ears ensign straight out of Starfleet Academy instead of a super smart kid who was in the right place at the right time. Just for the record I always thought the idea of putting kids on the ship was a mistake.
