I would imagine they DO grow, since there are "maturation chambers" for assimilated children. Maybe we don't see old Borg as they are disposed of beyond a certain age?

Exactly. We also see chambers for babies. If the Borg do not grow old, there would be no need for babies. Just assimilate new replacements.

My friend's mom has altzheimer's and she then had a stroke and can't move the left side of her body pretty much at all.
My friend's sister went to visit their mom at the old folk's home and they told her that her mom was in "physical therapy".
The chick went into the room and the physical therapy was about 15 old people in wheelchairs in a circle and some b1thch
in the center of the room taking a ball and saying, "think fast" and nailing them with the ball.
Pretty much psychological torture.
The Borg would be lucky if they get a better retirement than that.

They age like normal people. Seven of Nine went from a small child to an adult woman, & her parents were shown as a lot older when the Borg Queen used them to try & get her to come back.
