What if the Borg had a manufacturer's defect?

Like a glitch. I mean, both human and machines suffer from that. Humans have headaches and back spasms and my car(machine) has had it's "check engine" light on for years. I'll give you example, say a Borg gets horny, he's on the Enterprise and sees Troi. She turns around and starts running away and the Borg checks out her ass and says to himself," I like big butts and I cannot lie. Other Borgs might deny...".
Like Henry Fonda said in 12 Angry Men, "I'm just saying it's possible".

He'd probably have fun on his borg cube inspecting the bodies of the female borg drones for defects.

BTW, did the queen Borg ever have a name? You know like Empress Nympho the 1st or something like that.
