How did she pause time?

How did she pause time? Did she pause time by clapping her hands or something?

Thanks!

reply

I thought I remember her placing her index fingers together to stop time.

she did put her two index fingers together and it froze time. But she could unfreeze people, i think by touching them?

Thanks guys :)

Yeh, she connected the tips of her 2 index fingers together to pause time- if she ever wanted someone to "join" her whilst she was gong about in frozen time, she'd simply touch them and unfreeze them- then she'd touch her palms together to unfreeze time.

.... I am way too old and remember way too much. :|

I remember she had a choice of which powers to get. She got to try a couple of them out first. At the end of the episode her mom comes into the room and no one can be seen. Her mom thinks she's chosen to be invisible (one of the powers) but she was hiding behind the bed.

Why I remember this I have no idea.

she would touch her two index fingers together (usually right in front of her face, not sure why lolz) and she could choose people to unfreeze during this time, she would touch them and they'd unfreeze. To unfreeze time, she'd clap her hands together once and everything would start in motion again.

She'd do it in front of her face to keep a nice tight shot. A lot of TV shows do apparently odd things just to keep things nice and tight so it shows in closeup. Have you noticed when people shake hands they sometimes offer up their own hand in an awkwardly high position. In real life you shake hands at waist level. This is done purely to keep within the frame.

And how did that work anyway? Was time frozen in a small locale like her home, Earth, or the solar system? Was time frozen galaxy-wide or even the entire universe?

And if time were to stop, would the force of gravity remain? Would the time-frozen O2 molecules she was breathing react properly with the molecules in her body that were properly advancing through time?

When this show was on when I was a kid those were actual things I thought about.

Yeah. That would be weird to be just outside of the time freeze bubble, if it were, say, a one mile radius.

You're talking to your friend when, all of a sudden, he stops in mid-air (I'm imagining your friend doing an awesome dunk in a basket while talking).

And, if you were just outside of it; what would happen if you stepped inside?

Gravity remains because Evie doesn't float away (nor does anyone/thing else) when freezing happens.

As far as the O2; I figure it would work as normal since the molecules ARE touching her.
