In "Bud hits the books" 10/24 While playing the "history game" with Ariel Bud gives us one at the beginning of the episode when he's playing strip history with her.

In "Blonde and blonder" 10/8 near the end when Marcy finds out that Jefferson has the Mr. Potato Head she looks at the camera and says "uh-oh".
AND in "Love Conquers Al" 10/13 Bud gives us one when Esmeralda tells him he won't be wearing his clothes for long.

Got a 4 spot today:
In Kiss of the Coffee Woman" 10/25 Al is giving 10 tips to Marcy that will make her look better. She looks at the camera and says "uh oh"
In "The Jokes on Al" 10/27 At the end when Peg says we're going to do it right down here in front of everybody. Al thinks she means sex and looks at the camera.
In "Twisted" 11/1 there are two. Ariel says "I just realized the Olsen twins are two people. Bud gives us one.
And in the shoe store while tending the fat woman Al looks at the camera and says "I wonder how this can get any worse" before she says she has to go to the bathroom.
That's 14 now.

"TowMinutes" was exactly right. Most of these are near the end of the series.
Most likely the last on this thing might be bringing us to 15 and the end here is when Bud gives us one when in "Lez be friends" is setting Lucky up and looking to put their "furry little friends together" and the girl he's with gives him the "eye".

In "Tooth or Consequences" 4/4 Al sneaks one in on us. The Dentist is talking to his wife's lawyer on the phone and says "She's got them too". Al sitting in the chair shares the "know what I mean look" to the camera.

Kelly puts up to 21 at the end of "England Show II" 6/25 she is looking for her family in London as the announcer is saying questions such as: "Will the male Bundies survive? What's going to happen to Buck?" then he finishes up with, "Was Brooklyn Bridge really worthy of an Emmy?".
That's where Kelly runs up to street and looks into the camera and shrugs her shoulder as if to answer his question with a "who knows" gesture.

1. In "Old College Try" 7/11 Marcy is showing off to the tellers when she looks at the camera and says, "That's right teller boys. Want me!"
2. In "Christmas" 7/12 Kelly tells Al not to say what. She keeps pestering him and he's avoiding saying it when he looks at the camera.
That's 23 total now.

Bud gets this one: In "The Worst Noel" 8/13 Bud is waiting for Kelly to pull up on the rope. He says, "Don't lift it until I say so". Kelly says, "Don't do what". Bud says "LIFT IT". Then looks at the camera and says "Uh oh"

An easy one here: in "Shoeless Al" the last frame Bud rolls a 7/10 split and Al looks at the camera and says, "Gee, I wonder what's gonna happen now."
