I caught that goof concerning the back of the photo. But what about the very end of this episode? Morse drives up to play chess with Mary's grandmother in the Jag. Then next we see Lewis dropping him off in his ordinary black car and making a comment about "Did you win?" Very odd. Did they cut a scene?

Also if you look very carefully, note Lewis' hairstyles. They suddenly change in the middle of this and many other episodes.
