To Die Would Be An Awfully Big Adventure!
I used to own it on VCR tape and enjoyed it quite a bit. It came out several years ago on a DVD edition that had some bad transfers. I assume that, even though it was a professional tranfer, it seemed that it might be a transfer from the VCR tapes. There were several times that the film skipped, possible do to problems with the VCR.
Anyway, I hope this is an actual transfer from the original film, so that this kink of problem is not encountered. My wife and I enjoy this film every few years. Valarie Bertinelli gives a spirited performance. Even though she has said that she would do it differently if she had the chance for a re-do.
Francesca Annis is so beautiful in this movie.
