What right did Danny have to give Jessie and Becky Parental Advice?!!

Seriously?
As out of control as Michelle was Danny thought he had the right to give Becky and Jessie parental advice?
In the episode Tough Love
Nicky and Alex are acting out of control, breaking Michelle`s Solar System project and Danny steps up and gives Jessie and Becky advice. He says "I love Nicky and Alex but....they're way out of control. All I'm saying is kids need limits."
Really? Michelle had no limits at all.
Running away from her family at Disney World.
Running away from home.
Staying up late watching tv.
Opening up bags of cookies in the grocery store and eating them before Jessie paid for it.
Dragging a pool into the house when Danny told her she couldnt go swimming.
Starting a pillow fight & having D.J., Kimmy and Stephanie break a window.
Smart mouthing adults.
I could go on & on.
Danny should not talk about Jessie and Becky`s kids being out of control when he could barely control Michelle!

reply

Well somebody had to point it out.

reply

Point out what? That the twins were 2 years old and acted like 2 year olds? Maybe Danny should look at his own out of control kids before judging someone else's.

Michelle broke a dinasaur by running around out of control. And guess what happened? She wasn't even punished. And she was OLDER than Nicky and Alex.

reply

They needed it.

reply

They needed to be told, those little kids were really out of control.

reply

Not really. They're in those terrible twos. They should've been watched better, but Michelle was way worse than them.

reply

Not at 2 years old she wasn't. Watch season 2 again.

She stole from her family in Season 2

reply

She's just as worse as them and only gets more bratty and annoying as the series progresses.

reply

There was a poster a few years back who said that Danny should not have taken Princess Michelle out of Disney World because "it's a child's dream place" and "how often does a kid get to go to Disney World."

In Season 3 Michelle held a puppy wrong and almost strangled it

reply

Because Becky and Jessie are like Danny letting Nicky and Alex do stuff without consequences.

reply

But Danny let his daughter run around without consequences. Especially Michelle. He had no right to give Jesse and Becky parental advice.

reply

Because family helps family. They needed some advice and that is all it was advice.

reply

That's not the point. The point is he had no right to give that advice when his daughter acted like a huge brat in the very same episode. And the twins were only 2. Michelle was 6 or 7. Danny was a hypocrite.

To be fair, while michelle was defiantly an out of control little brat, I thought Danny did an alright job raising D.J. and Stephanie. So based on that, I thought he had every right to give Becky and Jessie parental advice. michelle was just a bad seed.

reply

I completely agree with you. Danny had no right. That entire episode was way more cringeworthy than the others.

reply

They needed it. You can give advice, but that doesn't mean, the person you give advice to will take it.
