Why Didn't They Air The Episode Where Joey Hits Michelle with His Car?

Anyone know why they didn't air an episode in which joey accidently hits Michelle with his car? Was it too contriversial at the time?

Or how about the episode when Stephanie pissed on the floor in the living room and then blamed Michelle for it. That was vindictive and very clever. Her evil laugh whilst doing it was great acting on Jodie Sweetin's part.

No that was Stephanie who did that. There was a cut scene in that episode where Stephanie crashes the car through the wall.
