Whatever happened to Stephanie's friend Harry in the later seasons?

What do you think happened to Harry in the latter seasons?

He was taunted so much about being a "salad bowl head" that he had to move away and switch schools. He joined "Cryin' Brian" and "Miss-Milk-Through-her-nose-on-parents-day (Twice!)" in exile.

He probably went to another school. Just like Mickey (her middle school friend) and the Jennifers

Actually, Michelle killed Harry and buried him in the backyard when she started hanging out with Gage from "Pet Sematary".
