How many people died due to Ryan's stupidity?

In Quilt of Hathor, 3 women died while Ryan broke up the engagement of the Minister's daughter.

In Double Exposure, Ryan confronts the killer, and brings his girlfriend to the meeting. Needless to say, she goes back to get her purse, and gets killed. Then he sends Jack Marshak to trade the photo negative for the camera, and Jack nearly gets killed.

Ryan basically relies on freak luck for anything good to happen.
