Trying to Figure out an episode

I think I recall seeing an episode of this when I was WAY younger so im not positive if it was this show or not but I think it was ... anyways
I remember in the show it had a grandmother who's birthday was coming up and she had wished that her family would be old with her I remember one part the mom saying "im only 40 and im getting age spots!" and the daughter was a gymnast I remember one part where she tried to tumble down the stairs but broke her neck I think. anyone have any clue if this was an episode ?
