I think his name is Pierre Capretz and yes he does look funny and goofy.

I remember the times when teens were famous for being different, for celebrating individuality, for not being afraid to stick out... but today's teens are the leaders of conformism: anything that deviates from very narrow world view must be branded and criticized. I weep for the future.
