question about the ABBA parody, 'C'est La Vie'

Does anyone know if this is included on any of the DVDs? I remember reading that it was on the "Gentelmen Prefer..." DVD, but I can't find it on there anywhere. So, has it been released? Thanks for any help!

I've never seen it before. :*(

Yes, I'm Region 1 (in the U.S.) and own all the releases, too. I'd always heard about the parody, and I recently found and watched it on www.youtube.com. Just search for "French & Saunders." If you love ABBA, like I do, I think that you'll find "C'est La Vie" pretty funny. And Jennifer amazingly sounds a lot like Agnetha! You can also watch a great Harry Potter parody on youtube.

Jennifer can sound like *anyone*. She's so amazing. But I think the ABBA imitation would be lost on me. I think the only song I have ever heard is 'Dancing Queen'. But I will definitely check it out. I'd love to watch some new F&S while we lowly people from the U.S. wait for the new series and last year's Christmas Special.

The video looks like a send-up of the "Knowing Me, Knowing You" video. I posted another thread about this, along with Fleetwood Mac. Are those clips available ANYWHERE on DVD?

reply

The song is on Best OF. ALthough I am on Region 4. Hope it helps.
