memo memo

Okay could somebody tell me which song they're spoofing in the Back With a Vengeance DVD when they do that "memo memo we cannot deny terms conditions may apply;" I can't figure it out.

I was wondering the same thing.

Another song parody I was wondering about is the one in the Phantom Millennium special (on At the Movies DVD) with Dawn French in the recording studio. Oh and another is the one where Dawn is in a video with several backgrounds and at one point sings "It's blue, it's blue, it's blue, it's blue, it's blue" and has like wacky hats and sashaying around.

dawn with the hats is sophie ellis bextor

The memo song is a parody of a Barclay Card advert, I believe.

I don't know how similar the songs would be on paper, but I do know that every time I play the Memo Memo and watch the clip repeatedly since it's on the start-up menu, I end up with Tom Jones' "Sex Bomb" in my head.

I don't live in the UK so I don't know about the Barclay Card ad..

Can't wait to see them live next spring!!
