i love the way they ALWAYS make refences to her!!! jen does it in abfab as well and in a commentary she said "new series, eddie falls over, mention madonna..." or summit like that.

They don't have anything against her...quite the opposite really! In many interviews, Jen has said that her and Dawn always try to get Madonna onto the show but she always says no. So to "punish" her for saying no, they take the mick out of her in their shows!

I love it. I don't think it's particularly mean, just a tradition they've been keeping since their early black-and-white Madonna sketches.
