Which dwarf was Luther?

I'm wondering. He doesn't fit the profile of any of them. Maybe he's the eighth dwarf, like there were four billygoat's gruff.

Does anyone know? Theories?

I think that maybe this was the writers way of getting people to think that this was not going to be a complete take off on the Disney version of Snow White. I think they wanted to get a little bit away from the Disney version. In the original story of Snow White the dwarves didn't have names. And when they introduced other guest characters, like Cinderella, they were able to do anything they wanted without having to conform completely to Disney standards. Like making Cinderella a little slutty. Or giving the Evil Queen a sense of humor. It probably made it easier to write the show without having to think about if it fits into a certain version of the story.

Cool. I guess that shows how I've only seen the Disney version. :)

I have no taste, but that just means there's less of a chance that I'll get eaten

If you read the original (pre-Disney) Grimm's fairy tale the dwarves are just normal dwarves (i.e. sans the nicknames and related personality traits) and I think that's what he was based on. There are also other diffrences (for example the evil Queen hired a hunter to KILL Snow White and he was supposed to bring her Snow White's heart as proof, not sure that was in the Disney version)the original, like ALL of Grimm's fairy tales are VERY dark and bloody and scarey.

It is.

Yeah, I remembered that only too late. :) Old Disney is MUCH darker than the current breed of movies.
