Interfrastic contrafibularities?

Is that what Blackadder says to Dr. Johnson when they first meet? Johnson says the dictionary contains every single word in the English language. Blackadder replies, "Then permit me to offer my most (something something)" with the usual snarky look on his face. I think he says "interfrastic contrafibularities," but I want to make sure.

Thanks.

"Look at him, running around with that clue in him!"

The exact phrase, according to Blackadder - The Whole Damn Dynasty, is "I hope you will not object if I also offer the Doctor my most enthusiastic contrafibularatories" (p. 256). A little later, when Blackadder is about to leave the room, he says, "I shall return ... interphrastically" (p. 258).
