dr scarab: john goodman
glove: brad pitt
madame o: angelina jolie I can already see her saying the classic "darling" part
klunk: michael clarke duncan
chopper: mickey rourke
mechanic: channing tatum

prof sharp: a hard one too
bionic-1: john schneider (smallville) but the guy from 7th heaven would have been perfect but hes too old now.
mother-1: annette o toole
sport-1: tom welling (already used to working together will pull the family part easier)
rock-1: kristen bell
karate-1:? unknown
IQ-1:? unknown

annette o' tool would be a perfect mother-1

how about hugh jackman as bionic-1 ? (add some grey hair to make him a tad older)

amadeus sharp ....jon voight

the children should be relatively unknowns to get the ages straight (the Bennett children are at their late teens)

robert downey jr ....glove

michael chiclis would be a perfect mechanic

uma thurman would be a good Madame-O (just dye her hair) , her vocals are threatening enough .

how about some guest stars ?

the most notable ones were the blinded bionic scientist , the 4 member rock group of robots and the cunning shape-shifter caleidoscope .

the rock group would be CGI .

james caviesel as the tormented blind Perceptor

julian mc mahon would be a formidable yet sympathetic Caleidoscope
