How did they get enrolled in schools?
Don't parents have to go with their kids to get them enrolled in school? Did they have a bunch of older police officers go in posing as parents?

shareHow did who get enrolled??? If you mean the officers.....they were undercover and it's assumed that the higher school officials were informed...
shareIts a shoe
shareI would imagine that being law enforcement, they didn't have to enroll. The PD could just tell the higher-ups in the district that they're putting a couple of agents in and voila, it happens.
shareYeah, kind of like in cop shows when a cop needs to infiltrate a prison.
The warden will know what's going on but not the guards.
and that too....I would think the superintendent, schoolboard principal...etc does not want crime in their school. So they let the super young looking cop on campus even though they lack paperwork/the correct paperwork.
shareI think they worked directly with the schools.
shareThey would have been. Their was an undercover operation my high school back in the 80's and after they made an arrest it came out that the superintendent of the school had set it up with the police. I'm assuming it was done the same way in every place it happened. Now the problem today is with the internet it would be very easy for students to do a look up on the new kid and where they claimed to have come from and very easy to see if it was legit. To create a complete enough backstory would take some serious effort which I doubt most police today would be willing or capable of doing. God knows they might have to skip a donut break.
shareThey wouldn't have needed to enroll. That said, if the Principal was corrupt or a gossip they might give the whole thing away.
shareThere must be a way considering it happens in real life.
