My DVD version was weird

Saw the film for the first time ever last night. Very impressed, but also ashamed of myself...I was bored after 20 minutes & almost switched it off. Thankfully I didn't and now here I am.

Anyway, this has most likely been raised before;

The music in a lot of the scenes is exactly the same as the score from SPEED.
It was a little off-putting as I kept expecting Chow Yun Fat to go;

'Pop quiz hotshot!' - - - But he didn't.

'I don't blame anyone for the loss of my legs. Some Chinaman took them from me in Korea...'

The English dub track for my Anchor Bay DVD doesn't have that but both Cantonese tracks do, which pisses me off. Speed's a good movie but it does not belong in any John Woo film. They should've left the background music alone.
