Agreed, this movie definitely doesn't deserve higher than a 9.9. Anyone that gave it a 10 severely overrated it.

How is this film overrated? I just saw it for the first time and I'm already considering it better than The Killer! It did win best picture after all.

This movie is hardly overrated. In fact people seem to remember Hard Boiled more than this one. This movie deserves all the praise it gets.
