I like both of them equally as "Mildred Hubble." After all, the movie came out a year after Georgina Sherrington was born. And when the series came out, Fairuza Balk was too old to play "Mildred. I like the movie and the series equally, as well. How about you? Do you like Fairuza Balk, or Georgina Sherrington better as "Mildred Hubble?"
shareI agree with you. I watched the movie yesterday on YouTube and enjoyed it. I felt that Fairuza did a very good job. She certainly brought something new to the character due to her being American. They both brought their own touch to the role.
I think if they were both the same age, I may choose Fairuza. Only because Georgina was taller and I've always viewed Mildred as looking more like how Fairuza looked.

sharethe book is not american so no. georgina all the way, she resembles mildred almost exactly to the author's illustrations and is english as the author and the books are. fairuza didn't look at all like mildred from the book and georgina acted more naturally
