So terrible I stopped watching after 30 minutes

For a film made in 86,the quality of film seemed it at least 10 years older.The explosion scenes looked more in place in an episode of the A-Team.The characters were all so cartoonish it was laughable,were one guy gets killed,but standing next to him,he/she is perfecley OK..it goes on...couldn't stand anymore of this tripe.
