What happened to Mrs. Acavano and Junior

After Frank's credit card is declined Santo and Joey show up to take him away to handle some business. This leaves his wife and son there to pay the bill and considering the pile of lobsters Frank had put away I hope that she had a pile of dough in her purse. Otherwise she and Junior would probably still be washing dishes.
