Just watched it on HBO. Loved it

I'm surprised they didn't remake it last year. Maybe people tried and the Powers That Be decided it was too risky and an invitation to violence, considering the volatility of the subject, the aggression toward banks and the present-day economics.

I don't think I could, in good conscience, green-light the project either!



I'm holding everyone to a higher standard- a standard much higher than my own

This movie is underrated. Deserves a better rating.

I can relate to two things from this film:
1. John is not able to get work, even though he is willing to work. It is society that is throwing him away.
2. The whole farming foreclosure is just like the 2008 financial crises, with people out of work and losing everything. We need a guy like this today.
