Charlie Sheen film mentioned in end credits

I haven't seen Wisdom in years but loved it when I did see it and I'm sure I still have an old VHS copy lying around somewhere that I had to get sent over from the US... anyway, I remember during the end credits is said something like "thanks to Charlie Sheen for use of his film RPG". From what i recall, it could have been a clip that John Wisdom watched on one of those TVs in the bus station place he was at. I haven't been able to find any film called RPG with Charlie Sheen in in. Anyone any ideas???

Charlie Sheen actually shows up twice in the movie...once as the aggravated manager of the burger joint that Emilio's character John Wisdom works at...he played up that scene a lot, firing John Wisdom via a barrage of insults- must have been fun for a younger brother to play that role & get to harass his older brother-

However, I do remember the "RPG" thing...there is a very short scene where Wisdom is watching tv and you see some early 80's looking film where a teen, and another teen who is obviously Charlie Sheen, are in a darkened parking lot holding an actual RPG (Rocket Propelled Grenade launcher)...the other kid says "Say cheese!" and then shoots at an empty Photomat Drive up, detonating the thing...

I have no idea what "RPG" was, or if it was ever released...It doesnt appear on IMDB under Charlie Sheen's films (the first film he was credited as being in is as a kid, and the next one was Red Dawn..)...seems very likely that is was some type of independant film that Charlie did (possibly with some $$ help from his father, Martin Sheen, who was already a major Hollywood star in the late 70's)

Apparently Charlie has been showing RPG at his speaking engagements in an attempt to fill time. Here's a clip from it that popped up on youtube.

Check out who the other teen actor was.

/edit: Looks like the old link died.
