Song Help - The various classical songs in the movie

I'm trying to complete my compiled soundtrack for the film and noticed quite a few classical songs scattered about the movie. Other than "Enrico Caruso - Vesti La Giubba" (which I have), "Gerardo Hernán Mattos Rodríguez - La Cumparsita" (which I also have, but the film version was obviously made for it, since the original is slower in pace), "Edward Elgar - Pomp and Circumstance March No. 1" (Graduation music) and "Johann Sebastian Bach - Toccata and Fugue In D Minor" (Phantom of the Opera organ music during the wedding), can anyone tell me the composer and name of the other tunes heard? Thanks for the help.
