What a blast from the past. I had this film recorded as a kid and would literally watch over and over again. One of the funniest things I've ever seen. Found this clip on YouTube and quite frankly, it had me in stitches, despite its crassness, racially stereotypical character(s) and utter stupidity of the whole thing: http://youtu.be/BoMFxBoQF8Q

I agree, it's an all time classic comedy in my opinion. I rated it a 10. Never get tired of this one.
