I saw this movie when it came on -- but only the first half hour or so. I remember the setup, and how I couldn't figure out what was really going on. But for some reason, I never got to see the rest of the movie! I remember that Margot Kidder was damned sexy.

If it were available on DVD, I'd rent it in a heartbeat just to find out. But that may never happen, so -- if anybody could just give me a rundown of how it played out, I'd appreciate it.

For about twenty years, the major networks produced some pretty good made-for-tv movies. I wish more of them were available now.

The whole thing was set up by the police Lt. ALL the townsfolk & "wife" were local theatre people, hired by the LT. to force Harry into a confession.
