1. Scene at Mary's birthday where she throws gift behind her and Christopher catches it, is obviously a spin from Apples/Kid (Purple Rain) where he throws her back the earring.

Was there other similar scenes/moments that matched up those movies?

2. Was the drum solo at party only connection Prince gave to one of his friends? Obviously that was towards Sheila E.

3. Beginning intro of Katie has her messing around w/ Tricky and then both guys pin her into the elevator. Are we supposed to get the idea that it's Christopher turn or was this a threesome of sorts?
