Favorite song visually?

I can't decide among:
Papa Legba (very colorful)
Dream Operator (Annie McEnroe & co.)
Wild Wild Life (people with a talent for movement)
Love For Sale (good music video style)
Puzzling Evidence (almost made sense; didn't need to)

reply

love for sale!

although dream operator was hilarious. omg, those costumes.

Love for Sale was pretty clever. The lazy woman was watching TV and it came on and she was commenting on it. That added interest, along with motivating the scene.

It always amazes me how those strangely-themed, seemingly spontaneous production numbers seem to fit into their movies; like in the "Blues Brothers", "Pennies from Heaven" (1981), "Chicago", "Moulin Rouge" and of course "True Stories". There's a real genius to it, even though it's made to look easy and natural. And musicals of that caliber are rare.

The Love For Sale segment was brilliant! The mixing of real commercials with the fake ones featuring the Talking Heads was genius! It made the real commercials seem profane, disgusting, and terribly compelling!

I almost said "All of them!" Dream Operator is my favorite visually, though. Love the clothes!
