There's no such saying as 'Man o man' - it's "Man, oh, man!", and you should use punctuation after it (exclamation point would be the best, as it's supposed to BE an exclamation!).

First of all, if it's fixable by 'bath and brushing of teeth', it's not ugliness, now is it?

It's just dirt. So what you REALLY should've said (according to your own post), is that 'Have you ever seen such DIRTY Mexicans' - but in the end, we all know it's not even real dirt, it's make-up and such, so you SHOULD have said something along the lines of:

"Have you ever seen such realistic dirt-make up on any group of actors?"

'In any movie' is redundant - why does it matter if it's in ANY movie, or just 'a movie', or even 'outside movies' or even 'in a TV show' or 'in reality'? Why does it matter? Why can't it just be 'have you seen' and leave it at that?

In any case, I have, in a TV comedy sketch, but even then, it was just make up, not real dirt.

Therefore, there's no ugliness, there's no dirt, it's all just make up, and you can't really know if they're ugly or not, because even according to your own post, they might be handsome after a bath and a visit to a hygienist (let's face it, just brushing isn't going to get rid of that kind of plaque or tartar).
