1. Is it implied that Stretch becomes a crazed chainsaw killer at the end of the movie?

2. Do any vegans like this movie franchise?

1. I think she just temporarily lost it. Can't blame her.

2. Vegans are usually in favor of making visible how cruel humans act toward other species. The first movie does a great job in doing so.

The movie makes the act of eating meat seem pretty disgusting, really, so I think they might.

Writer/director Tobie Hooper became a vegetarian while making the first TCM movie, I believe, so that might have been intentional here.
