I saw sword of gideon when it debuted on HBO 1986, and I must tell you
this movie is not nearly close to Munich. This was a nail-biting movie.
On the contrary, I fell asleep during Munich. The actor, Steve Baur,
has an exemplary performance following Scarface. Steve Baur's role
closely portrays Eric Bene's. SInce this debuted in 1986, the genre and
the feeling is more closely related to those events of 1970-79.
Therefore, the movie direction and story lines resonates and brings
back more realistic events during the era of which people have just
begun to put aside their fears.
