A Chilean film with no Chileans


Isn't that awesome? And filmed half-way around the world in Greece to boot.

Although partially understandable since Chile was still ruled by Pinochet at the time, they could have at least filmed it in another, more film-friendly South American country with native actors speaking Spanish to boot. As it is, it's pure Hollywood and Randy Quaid's bad accent is hilarious.

Unlike the great Zorba, No wonder this turkey flopped.
